Top Notch Organization!
I was in need of a safety technician for a vessel working in the Beaufort. The management team (Jason) was able to supply me not only a qualified safety technician but a highly qualified paramedic (Bryan Pippitt) at a moments notice. Bryan was able to bond with my team and was an integral part of a successful project. Jason’s level of knowledge, commitment and professionalism as director of medical services for the project were above and beyond any expectations. This organization is Top Notch! I would certainly recommend using SALA for any of your remote medical needs and safety needs.
Arctic Ocean Retrieval 2016
I worked as a sole shipboard medical provider during a very complicated operation retrieving offshore anchors in The Beaufort and Bering seas in the arctic waters off the coast of Alaska. The project, which was quite extensive spanning seas from the gulf of Mexico, through the Panama canal, to the farthest reaches of the American Arctic (and back) went off flawlessly. The myriad logistical puzzles were quickly and efficiently solved by Jason McLaughlin and SALA Remote medical. I would recommend this group for any project of any size, and anywhere in the world. I’ve been in the remote medical business for over 20 years, and they are far and away the best in their field.

Invaluable Team Members
SALA Remote medics has been providing remote medics for our offshore marine research and monitoring programs since 2008 in the Arctic and Cook Inlet. The personnel provided by Sue Simonds has always been highly professional and instantly became an invaluable member of the team. In 9 years of offshore operations, our team is proud to have zero recordable injuries. This outstanding record is due in large part to the case management by the onboard medic, preventing injuries through personal interactions. We consider SALA family and highly recommend their services for your projects.
Courteous and professional
I worked for a company that used SALA Remote Medical. Their medics were courteous, professional, understanding, and knowledgeable. They took their jobs seriously. And never once did I feel they were just there for a paycheck.
SALA Remote Medics never failed to impress me with their attention and follow through of handling various activities and situations. The level of service that you all provided, along with the commitment to customer service superseded expectations. After our 7 month project in the Chukchi and Beaufort Seas, we received nothing but positive feedback from our employees during our after action review. Thanks for all the hard work and efforts to keep us safe and successful.
Top Notch Crew
I have had the pleasure of working with the SALA crew in various locations in Alaska. All of the crew are top notch! They carry expertise, professionalism and have extensive knowledge in their field. I would recommend SALA for any remote operations and look forward to any future endeavors we may meet on again.
North Slope Project 2014
I had the chance to work with SALA Remote Medics on a North Slope seismic project in January of 2014. Jason McLaughlin and Sean Brooks were our medics and both had exceptional knowledge of their duties. It wasnt until an individual experienced a life threatening illness that we got to see these two do what they do best. Our employees’ well being were never in question when we had these two guys working with our group. I actually have kept in touch with Jason over the years, and am happy to see his progression within the company. SALA got a great leader in Jason. Sitting down with him in 2014 and hearing his goals led me to believe that he was going to succeed in anything he did.
